Looking for a great place to watch a movie?

If you are anywhere near Disneyland or the Anaheim Convention Center, CinemaFusion Theatre is without a doubt the place to go. Located at The Shops at Anaheim GardenWalk, just a ½ block east of Disneyland, between Katella Avenue and Disney Way. Click to see my Google map. Here you will find 55 stores, restaurants, boutiques and hot spot lounges where you can enjoy a few minutes or a few hours of fun.

Four of us spent a great evening in one of the 21+ screening rooms. We got to sit back in an intimate 48-seat theatre while enjoying a glass of wine and our favorite theatre junk food. These high back leather seats with cup holders combined with an awesome sound system made enjoying the movie memorable. While you are waiting for a movie or between movies you can sit in the 21+ Sky Lounge, enjoying the company of friends, a drink and playing Pac Man video games. If you happen to be there while Disneyland is doing their firework show you can take it in from the comfort of your lounge chair.

If you are in the area with your family and looking for a movie, their new 70mm IMAX experience makes the home big screen (even with surround sound) seem boring. We could not believe how 3D has become such a great way to take in a movie. They also have plenty of theatres showing the hottest family movies.

One note: they have a manager, Jim Woodin, who makes it a special treat if you are lucky enough to have him introduce your movie for you. Jim has been a staple in the OC theatres for over 30 years. If you see him, please tell him Mike said hello.
