Even though there are members that leave multiple comments on Blog entries, their name is only entered into the raffle one time. The same goes for retweets. Some people get excited, and that's okay. They can leave multiple comments if they want, but they don't mean anything as the raffle is concerned. Only one comment on the entry counts per community member.
